SUBMITTING MEMBER PHOTO'S

Pictures from your hunts can be submitted to the AES for posting on our Member Photo pages. We accept photos of any game species. There is no way of knowing how many photo's we will receive so we cannot guarantee that every photo will make it to the web site. We will, however, try to accomodate as many photos as we can.

All photo's will be reviewed for content. Do not send photos with a lot of blood or tongues hanging out. Open body cavities must be concealed. Photos that show disrespect for the animal will not be posted. If there are small amounts of blood or minor problems with the photo, insofar as presentability is concerned, we will edit the photo before posting. All photos should be taken out of doors in a natural setting. We reserve the right to decide which photos may be edited and/or suitable for posting on the AES website.

All digital photos should be e-mailed in .jpg, .tif, .bmb or .gif formats to the e-mail address listed below. We prefer to receive digital photos that are at least 640 x 480 pixels. If the photo is larger and you do not have the tools to resize, just send them and we will crop or size them as needed.

If you do not have a digital camera, photos in any standard print format may be mailed to the address shown below. If suitable for posting, we will scan them into a format that can be used on our web site. If you send print photos and want the picture(s) returned, please send a stampted, self-addressed envelope and the photos will be mailed back after scanning.
